M62 J26: Chain Bar Interchange is where the M606 leaves the M62 north for Bradford, along with the A58 Whitehall Road and the A638 Bradford Road at the Chainbar Roundabout. Cleckheaton is just under a mile south-east, and Hunsworth and Scholes are also beside the junction.
Avenue Retail Park is about two miles north, and Odsal Stadium about two and a half miles north-west. Kirklees Hall is about three miles south and Bagshaw Museum about three and a half miles east.
